Congratulations Yijin Guo, MS!

Yijin studied under Dr. Yuhao Zhang. Her research work covers the design, fabrication, characterization, simulation, and breakdown mechanism analysis of GaN-based unidirectional and bidirectional transistors for multi-kilovolt power conversion applications.
Her thesis, titled "Multi-kilovolts Gallium Nitride Power Transistors" is located on the CPES website as are her defense slides. See CPES Theses and Dissertations 2024 at this link https://cpes.vt.edu/library/theses.
