Congratulating CPES graduate - Zhengyang Liu

Zhengyang received his Bachelor degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, China in 2011; and his Master degree and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from CPES, Virginia Tech in 2014 and 2017. His research interests include characterization and application of wide-band- gap devices (GaN and SiC), high frequency power conversion, and high density integration.
Zhengyang is going to join Linear Technology/Analog Devices as Power Module Development Engineer in Milpitas, CA.
Zhengyang enjoys sports, video games, beer, reading, music, and traditional Chinese calligraphy in his spare time.
Zhengyang served as member of CPES student council as well as chair of technical session and chair of video nugget session for CPES Annual Conference.
