CPES Director Emeritus Dr. Fred Lee named National Academy of Inventors Fellow

CPES Director Emeritus Professor Fred C. Lee has been named a Fellow by the National Academy of Inventors (NAI). Election to NAI Fellow status is the highest professional distinction accorded solely to academic inventors who have participated in inventions with a tangible impact on quality of life, economic development, and the welfare of society. Dr. Lee has filed 104 patents over his career, 82 of which have been awarded with the rest pending. Dr. Lee will be inducted as a Fellow at the NAI's 7th Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. in April 2018.
