CPES congratulates graduate Amy Romero!

Amy Romero completed her M.S. program in February 2018. Her thesis, "Static and Dynamic Characterization of Silicon Carbide and Gallium Nitride Power Semiconductors" and defense presentation are available online CPES Principal Plus, Principal, and Associate members via password access.

Amy received her B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech in December 2015. She joined CPES soon after in January 2016 as a Master's student. Her research has focused on the characterization of wide bandgap semiconductors, as well as the design of power module package. She is the first graduate of the WBGen Fellowship and has joined Wolfspeed in Raleigh N.C. as a test engineer.

In her free time, Amy likes spending time with her family and going outside.
