CPES congratulates our newest graduate, Zichen Miao!

Zichen received his B.S. and M.E. degrees in electrical engineering from Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China in 2011 and 2013, respectively. He joined the Center for Power Electronics Systems at Virginia Tech as a graduate research assistant in 2013. His research interests include packaging, very-high-frequency integrated magnetics, and high-frequency dc-dc converters for reliable, high-efficiency, and high-density systems. He will join Monolithic Power Systems as a Senior Application Engineer working on dc-dc modules.
Zichen enjoys being with family in his spare time.
