Congratulations Xiang Li, MS!

CPES proudly congratulates Xiang Li on the successful defense of his Master of Science thesis, “Characterization, Evaluation, and Design of Broadband Current Transducers for High-Frequency EMI Diagnosis in Power Converters”.
Under the guidance of Prof. Qiang Li, Xiang’s research focused on electromagnetic interference (EMI) in power electronic systems, with particular emphasis on radiated EMI mechanisms, cable-related radiation analysis, and the development of current-based measurement methods for high-frequency EMI diagnosis.
Through his thesis work, Xiang developed and evaluated a broadband current probe and advanced measurement techniques to improve the diagnosis of EMI in power converters. His research contributes practical tools and methodologies that help engineers better understand and address EMI challenges in modern power electronics systems.
Reflecting on his time at CPES, Xiang expressed gratitude for the training, support, and research environment he received at CPES.
