High Density Integration (HDI) Review

All engineers from HDI Member companies are invited to the upcoming Review hosted by Texas Instruments at their headquarters in Dallas, TX on July 29th - with participation available in-person and online via Zoom.

HDI addresses emerging and long-term challenges in power electronic integration. HDI research explores the tradeoffs among reliability, efficiency, cost, fields, electromagnetic compatibility, power density, and speed as new materials, components, circuits, and applications emerge.
We are grateful to Texas Instruments for generously hosting this review, a testament to CPES' strong, trusted partnerships with industry leaders. This collaboration ensures CPES research stays relevant, impactful, and closely aligned with industry needs.
