Laura (Shin-Yu) Chen
Laura Chen recently defended her masters thesis titled, “A Compact Three-Phase Multi-stage EMI Filter with Compensated Parasitic-Component Effects.” She was advised in her research by CPES Director and Professor Rolando Burgos.
She has started her professional career at CPES Industry Consortium Member Texas Instruments as an Applications Engineer.
Laura reflected on her education at CPES, noting that “CPES has equipped me with both technical expertise and essential soft skills, laying a solid foundation for my future endeavors.”
