Welcome to our newest staff member, Lauren Shutt

CPES extends a warm welcome to our new Webmaster and IT Specialist, Lauren Shutt, who joins us from Anchorage, Alaska. In Anchorage, Lauren worked as the Anchorage School District's Electronic Communications Manager, maintaining the district's web presence, as well as managing development and training for over 130 school and program microsites. Lauren has a B.A. and M.A. in Anthropology from the University of Alaska, Anchorage and George Mason University, respectively. Her previous experience includes cultural education program management for Title VII Indian Education, Alaska Native language curriculum development for the Smithsonian, and graduate research for the Center for Social Complexity and George Mason's Special Collections and Archives. Welcome, Lauren!
