Cambridge GaN Devices joins the CPES Industry Consortium!

Cambridge GaN Devices (CGD) is a fabless, clean-tech semiconductor company that develops a range of energy-efficient GaN-based power devices to make greener electronics possible.

CGD joins CPES as a Principal Plus Member participating in the Power Management Consortium (PMC) which conducts research focusing on key issues of efficiency, power density, cost, power quality, EMI mitigation, and manufacturability in a broad range of power electronic applications.
