Vladimir Mitrovic (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received a B.S. and Specialist degree in computer engineering from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies, Belgrade, Serbia, in 2015 and 2016, respectively, and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Center for Power Electronics Systems, Virginia Polytechnic and State University, Blacksburg, VA, USA, in 2022. Vladimir has been working as CPES Arlington Lab Manager since 2023.

His research interests include digital signal processing, embedded systems, and distributed communication and control, such as a real-time protocol for fast communication between nodes (gate drivers, sensors, and controllers) inside a power cell and communication between power cells in large systems (e.g., modular multilevel converters).
