WBG-HPCS research includes everything from power semiconductors to ancillary circuitry, to power converters, and all the way to the impact that they have on electrical power systems. Over the past years, it has successfully expanded its breadth into high-power, medium-voltage (MV) and high-voltage (HV) power conversion and into the development of an electrified green infrastructure.
