Congratulations Boyan Wang, Ph.D!

Boyan Wang
Boyan Wang recently defended his dissertation titled, “Design, Fabrication, Characterization, and Packaging of Gallium Oxide Power Diodes” after working with research advisor Yuhao Zhang.
During his time at CPES, Boyan was a highly productive researcher evidenced by being a contributing author on 20 journal and conference papers.
Boyan has joined Microchip Technology Inc. in the Silicon Carbide Business Unit where he runs simulations and draws mask layouts of SiC devices to improve their performance.
